    Job Description
    • Create external and internal repair orders
    • Invoice repair orders, checking parts and additives to ensure accuracy
    • Answer phones and assist walk in customers
    • Pull parts for techs as needed
    • Pull Wholegoods attachments for techs as needed
    • Warranty administration for Service Department
    • Assist in development and loading of all shop invoice service pricing and flat rate pricing for customers, including special charges
    • Assist Office Manager in creation of all service promotions
    • Creating estimates for customers should they be requested
    • Monitor work in progress reports to maintain closed Service Invoices
    • Ordering of all special and related shop tools or machines needed, monitoring the inventory of these items constantly.
    • Capability of looking up and identifying parts for all brands offered by company
    • Assist in all customer service inquiries and complaints
    • Interaction with all field service personnel from brands offered by the company
    • Assist with parts counter sales when needed
    • Assist with parts call/inquiries when needed
    • Assist with receiving parts when needed
    • Assist with shipping parts to customers when needed
    • Assist parts manager with arrangement of parts so maintenance parts are easily accessible to service personnel
    • Assist with company functions and events
    • Be a sales person for the service department making calls to current and potential customers
    • All other duties as directed by management
    • Protection of company assets
