Case Manager – Grand Island
Our Grand Island location is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Case Manager. Make a difference in the lives of others – join our team! The responsibilities, skills, and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the daily operations of our Residential Program, High Commitment Shelter, Emergency Shelter, Meal Ministry, as well as other outreach functions.
- Monitor the building and its residents. Transport guests.
- Walk alongside guests as a disciple of Christ and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them through actions and words.
- Serve the guests in a Christ-like manner and practice a self-evaluative lifestyle.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse groups of guests and volunteers.
- Must be able to handle crisis situations with calm and clear thinking.
- Nebraska Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol recovery and mental illness preferred.
- Background in human services is a plus.
