As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our client's company helping customers with their billing inquiries, processing payments and refunds and resolving any credit or account issues. In addition, you’ll proactively reach out to clients regarding overdue payments — while enjoying a supportive team atmosphere.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls and answer customer inquiries.
- Process payments and handle refunds.
- Resolve billing and credit-related issues.
- Update account status records and manage collection efforts.
- Contact clients regarding overdue payments to ensure resolution.
