    Job Description
    Job Title: Compliance Associate
    Location: Grand Island, NE
    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Pay: $20.00 per hour or DOE

    As a Compliance Associate, you will play an integral role in ensuring the company adheres to local, state and federal regulations as well as internal policies. You will be part of a team that works hard to maintain the highest standards of compliance while also driving continuous improvements across the organization.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess the company’s adherence to regulations and internal policies.
    • Risk Assessments: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions to resolve them.
    • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for and execution of internal and external audits ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Regulatory Updates: Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company meets all necessary standards.
    • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed compliance reports for senior management outlining audit findings, concerns and corrective actions taken.
    • Policy Development: Assist in developing, implementing and enforcing compliance policies and procedures.
    • Investigations: Investigate potential compliance violations and work collaboratively with management to resolve any issues.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze compliance-related data and trends to identify areas of concern and propose risk-mitigation strategies.
    Qualifications:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (preferred)
    • Experience in conducting audits or risk assessments (preferred)
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
