Join the YP Group for an exciting workout class where you'll get the best of both worlds! This class will be split into two halves:
- Spin Class: One group will start with a high-energy spin session, led by an expert instructor to get your heart racing and your legs moving.
- HIIT Sculpt Class: The other group will begin with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sculpt class, combining strength and cardio exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles.
After 30 minutes, we’ll switch, so everyone gets to experience both workouts!
