While they have been located in different areas of the mall over the years, they have been at their current location for eleven years. We see it every day, drive by it routinely, and it doesn’t stand out to us as anything out of the ordinary. However, I recently had the opportunity to provide a tour of our community to an individual interested in a position in Grand Island. One of the first things he observed was how in every quadrant of the community, growth activity was occurring. Friday, July 30, 2021Statistics released by the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce this week shows the average sold price of a house in Grand Island in June was $220,529, compared to $171,016 in June of 2020, which is an increase of nearly $50,000 in a 12-month period.
