Take Your First Step Away From Developing Diabetes 

By signing up for the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), you can take charge of your health, reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, heart disease or stroke and save money on medical bills. The good news is diabetes can be prevented! 

Our National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 12-month program delivered virtually via your mobile phone or computer. Our FREE program offers: 
  • 26 video lessons over 12 months on healthy eating, grocery shopping, physical activity, and stress management.
  • Lifestyle coach to lead your program and give personalized feedback throughout the 12 months.
  • Meal photo-journaling, activity tracking, weight tracking with customized feedback regarding your progress.

Eligibility requirements: Participants must be 18 years old or older, have prediabetes (A1C of 5.7-6.4) or be at risk for developing type 2 diabetes, and have a BMI of 25 or greater.
