Choice Family Health Care (217 E. Stolley Park Road, Suite 3) welcomes you to their Ribbon Cutting on April 1, 2022, at 11:00 am. Come meet some of the staff and check out the updates they made to make it more inviting and comfortable for their patients.
Choice Family Health Care is a nonprofit public health organization that provides basic reproductive health services. Many services are provided on a sliding fee scale in order to make them affordable to you. We have an onsite pharmacy, so you are able to pick up your medication directly from our office before you leave.
